SurvivalStraps are hand made by Tough Gear Inc. We are a small, family run company in Florida and have been producing our products over the past several years. Every one in our family loves spending time outdoors. We have always used 550# paracord on the boat and in the woods. We love this stuff for its strength and durability. Paracord is in the same category as duck tape and wire ties. I can't count the number of uses we have found for this great product.

We have always had a knack for making things with paracord. We would give out paracord bracelets, anklets, and dog collars as gifts. Our family and friends liked them so much, they convinced us to begin selling them. So, a couple of years ago we decided to dive into our own business. From the beginning we wanted to be dedicated to producing an incredible product while at the same time providing the highest level of customer service. We are happy to say that after shipping out thousands of our products, we believe that we are achieving that goal. Like all small companies, we have had our challenges. However, we always make sure that our customers are satisfied.

We are extremely passionate in our support for our Men and Women in uniform.  We realize that we are able to lay our heads down on our pillows safely at night because of the work that they do.  We must honor those who serve our country and protect our freedom.  They come from all walks of life and from every part of our country.  We really hope that our customers use our gear as a vehicle to show support for the members of our armed services, and to help spread the word about the needs they have.  Just as they have stood tall for our country, we must always stand by and support the Men and Women in uniform and their families.

Many of these brave Men and Women now need all of our help.  That is why we decided to get involved with the Wounded Warrior Project.  The struggles that our seriously wounded soldiers face when they get back home from Iraq and Afghanistan are enormous.  We hope to do a small part in raising awareness for our Men and Women who have sacrificed so much for us.  The Wounded Warrior Project is an incredible organization, with an impeccable reputation, that is doing some amazing work to help our soldiers who need it the most. We feel extremely lucky in that through our business, we have been introduced to some amazing people. I am convinced that there is not a company out there that has better customers than we do. Our business has succeeded because our customers have spread the word about us.  We cannot thank all of you enough.
